Mainly engaged in clerical work, such as checking the inventory book, recording the sales details. I as also checking the actual packages before loading, and various other bits of work within the department. A friend of mine recommended me to work here.

Hobbies : Driving

I'm responsible to setting the raw materials, operating the machines, and packaging the products. I decided to work here because the factory is air-conditioned and looked comfortable to work. I found after joining that it is actually well controlled and the environment is clean and easy to work.

#01.Motivation

We produce a few deca-tons of processed yarns for tufted carpets. When I see the products I made are actually used in the form of tile carpets and other forms in a shopping mall, I found it quite fascinating.
#02.Particular points

Staff are mostly generous, easygoing, but not harsh. On the other hand they are very dedicated to work and the contrast of on and off shows the degree of their concentration.

#03.To those who would like to apply

We will receive technical intern trainees from overseas soon. Let's work together in a multi-national atmosphere. I expect that young and fresh imagination of yours together with experienced knowledge of ours will create a magnificent company in the future. Hobbies : Travelling

I am engaged in the spinning of PP-BCF yarns and packaging the products, and I am supporting a team of three as the Leader. As the teamwork is the key to the efficiency of the work, I am making every effort to communicating well among the teammates. I liked the work form of this company and joined.

#01.Motivation

Much of the work is manualized but still allowance level is high and dependent on what and how you actually practice in operating a sophisticated machine. You must decide and act quickly, judging the circumstanced properly so that the machine will not stop improperly. It is rather difficult to achieve but it gives me a sense of satisfaction and pleasure when I succeed.
#02.Particular points

You always have two or more continuous non-working days, and easy to ask for pay-holidays, and there are many kinds of allowances. Top management people are easygoing and very near to us. I sometimes go for a drink with my teammates and the company is in a friendly mood.

#03.To those who would like to apply

There are not many people in Kusu Factory #2 and it has a cozy atmosphere. We enjoy working with good communication to each other and we cooperate tightly when the workload is high. I look forward to working with you soon.
